Ride at Your Personal Best

Accelerate Your Progress

"I love this BootCamp!" ~ Margaret

FLOW is a delicate state of body, mind, and spirit that facilitates riding at your highest level of talent and skill as you communicate in micro-moves with your horse.

Inside you'll get over 4 hours of step-by-step trainings and mindset recordings to help you stay focused in the moment and responsive to your horse.

All of the replays are posted on a special ITFB site and are available through Tuesday at midnight, June 6.

So if you have 4-5 hours to spend with me watching replays, you'll have what you need to ride totally immersed in the moment and connected with your horse.

"Barb, you're not only changing my riding life but my life outside of riding. I am really into this Flow training and appreciate that you're doing it. Thank you!" ~ Cindy

the Ultimate Connection

Training #1

Discover why nerves and fears (like riding poorly in clinics, shows, or with others) lower our ability to feel our horse and ride at our personal best. Then you'll learn how the steps of flow give us a process to let go of second-guessing ourselves and negativity. We feel confident to reach our goals for that ride ~ and if we don't, we stay kind to ourselves. 😊

Letting Go of

Training #2

In this lesson, the idea of flow gets more close-up and personal for you and your horse.

You'll have the opportunity to reflect on your situation with your horse and the places where you feel uncertain. Then discover how to transform self-doubt (and other self-limiting beliefs) about your areas of concern into confidence and a plan of action.

A Roadmap for Clarity, Connection, and Responsiveness

Training #3

Next, we'll walk through a 7-Step Ride-Building framework step-by-step. You'll discover tips and practical examples for connecting to yourself and your horse for a focused and engaged ride. You can use the results to design your next ride and grow stronger technically, mentally, and soulfully.

Riding the Waves - Next Steps

Training #4

The flow experience can transform your riding from being disjointed and nerve-wracking to a process that guides you to the upper limits of your riding talent, skill, and connection - time and time again. Your awareness becomes fused with what you are doing with your horse. It's a practice for a lifetime, and the possibilities are endless.
